Job Description

As the Marketing Manager at Netlink Voice, you will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns and strategies to expand our brand’s visibility and drive growth. This role will oversee digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and brand strategy. You will work closely with the Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Identify and analyze key market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform strategies.

Content & Brand Management

  • Oversee content strategy, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and multimedia content.
  • Maintain and enhance Netlink Voice’s brand image through consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage digital marketing efforts across social media, SEO, PPC, and other online channels.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize future efforts.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align on lead generation strategies and support sales enablement.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships through targeted campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and oversee customer engagement strategies to enhance retention and loyalty.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience in the telecommunications or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to execution.
