Overview:

At Pronghorn, we are passionate about building the future of the Spirits industry through innovation, diversity, and leadership. Our Spirits Internship Program (SIP) offers a unique 10-week paid experience designed for college students and graduating seniors to gain hands-on exposure to the business of Spirits, entrepreneurship, and brand-building.

SIP participants will experience hybrid work, with the opportunity to collaborate with teams in our Alpharetta, GA, or New York, NY locations. Interns can expect a structured program with project ownership, professional development workshops, leadership networking, and real-world business impact.

Pronghorn Partner Collaboration: (HQ - 2 Positions)

Pronghorn partners with some of the leading Spirits companies in the industry to create meaningful, real-world experiences for our interns. Through SIP, participants may have the opportunity to support initiatives connected to our partners, gaining unique exposure to the broader Spirits ecosystem.

Specific project assignments and potential partner collaborations will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best fit for each intern's interests and skills.

General Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic growth initiatives across Pronghorn’s brand portfolio by assisting in research, analysis, and execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential distribution, retail, and strategic partners.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, briefs, and partnership decks to support brand expansion efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics aligned with commercial growth KPIs.
  • Participate in team meetings, manage stakeholder follow-ups, and help maintain organized internal calendars and project trackers.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration efforts to drive new market opportunities and brand partnerships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creative storytelling.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and emerging digital trends.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign KPIs.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Creativity, curiosity, self-starter mindset, and strong attention to detail.
  • Event planning or production experience is a plus.

Salary:

$22-25 per hour
