Hype and Vice is a fast-growing, women-founded brand that merges fashion and team spirit. We create licensed college and sports apparel with a trend-forward, community-focused approach.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our creative team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who’s organized, hands-on, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography Production

  • Coordinate the end-to-end photography process for both DTC and B2B needs

  • Track and manage post-production workflows, including asset selection and file delivery
  • Monitor image needs for wholesale accounts and maintain photo readiness for new product launches
  • Maintain shoot records, organize file structures, and upload image assets for e-commerce and marketing use

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, including product launches, email campaigns, and in-store events
  • Support the marketing team with campaign tracking, calendar management, and deliverable coordination
  • Provide support with spreadsheets — tracking product drops, asset status, email schedules, and key milestones
  • Assist with PR activations and event planning
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute brand-aligned initiatives

  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Familiarity with Capture One, Google Sheets, and general file management best practices
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work 3 days in our Los Angeles office is required
  • Bonus: Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce, or photography environments
