Our client, based in Minnesota, is looking for a Marketing Associate to enhance marketing initiatives and boost brand visibility, lead generation, and customer interaction. This position includes developing marketing content, overseeing campaigns, and supporting both digital and traditional marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be a creative, data-oriented professional with experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the industrial automation or packaging sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Create compelling content for multiple platforms, such as websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and brochures.
Assist in developing and managing marketing materials like case studies, product datasheets, and sales presentations.
Ensure consistency of the brand across all marketing content and communications.
Oversee and update company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with industry news, product updates, and success stories.
Assist with SEO optimization and website content management to boost online presence.
Support paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and monitor performance.
Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns designed to nurture leads and retain customers.
Support trade show and event organization, including booth setup, promotional materials, and follow-up communications.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies that drive lead generation and improve conversion rates.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Maintain and update CRM systems with the latest marketing and sales information.
