Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler

Location: Onsite in Smithfield, PA 15478

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Duration: 6-month contract, strong potential for extensions or conversion to permanent

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design).
• 1+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings and schematics.
• 1+ years of experience working with precision measuring tools.
• 1+ years of experience with fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems utilizing production industry standards.
• 1+ years of experience with machine shop processes.

Overview: One of our aerospace clients is currently looking for a Manufacturing Assembler to provide support in their facility located in Smithfield, PA. Position Responsibilities:

• Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.
• Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by participating in the design, fabrication and testing of new concepts and technology

Compensation :

$25hr to $29/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
