$75,000 - $85,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead daily operations on the floor, ensuring exceptional guest experience through high-touch service and attention to detail
• Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage, and payroll compliance to meet labor cost targets
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance with local and state codes
• Analyze performance metrics such as sales reports, labor percentages, and customer satisfaction data to improve efficiency and profitability
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the restaurant’s brand values
• Serve as a role model in craft beer knowledge, service standards, and hospitality
• Work closely with the General Manager and Chef to uphold operational excellence and maintain consistent quality in service and product

BACKGROUND PROFILE :

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management with a $3M+ casual full-service restaurant
• Outgoing, upbeat personality with a genuine love for people and hospitality
• Energetic, vivacious, and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment
• Strong knowledge of craft beer and excitement to share it with guests and team
• Happy-go-lucky attitude with the ability to lead by example and keep the vibe positive
• Comfortable working evenings and late nights in a lively beach-town setting
