📋 Responsibilities: (Based on Experience Level)
🧰 All Levels:
🔧 Preventative & corrective maintenance (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
📉 Troubleshoot breakdowns & perform root cause analysis
📘 Read schematics & technical docs
💻 Use CMMS for tracking work orders & inventory
🤝 Partner with production to reduce downtime
⚡ Advanced / Lead Level:
🤖 PLC/HMI diagnosis & programming (Siemens, AB, etc.)
📈 Lead PMs & CI projects
🧑 🏫 Mentor junior techs
🗂️ Maintain compliance docs & support audits
🛠️ Collaborate with engineering on upgrades & installs
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills (mech/electrical)
✅ Comfort working in a fast-paced, shift-based setting
✅ Basic computer & CMMS know-how
✨ Bonus Points For:
💎 5+ years or Lead Tech experience
💎 PLC, robotics, vision systems, or SCADA
💎 Trade certifications (Millwright, Electrician, etc.)
💎 Experience with kaizen, TPM, or lean
