Maintenance Mechanic – $20.00-$23.00 Per Hour+ Benefits – Whitehall Township, PA

The Role

We are hiring two full-time Maintenance Mechanics to join our team at Mickley Run Apartments in Whitehall, PA.

You will work across our apartment complex, handling a wide range of repair and upkeep tasks to help us maintain a safe, comfortable and well-cared-for environment for our residents

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance and urgent repairs
• Respond promptly to service requests and address issues efficiently
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting work
• Maintain common areas, equipment, and facilities
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Report any major issues or potential problems to the supervisor
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

The Person

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar trade
• A good understanding of basic plumbing, electrical and general repair work
• Strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks
• A customer-focused approach and good communication skills
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• We conduct a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screening
• Will be required to be included in a 24hr on call rotation.
• Snow removal in the winter months.
