What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Professional, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our property is in top-notch condition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to keep the property in excellent shape.
- Troubleshooting and repairing minor issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building upkeep.
- Conducting inspections to identify potential problems and addressing them proactively.
- Assisting in maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the property.
- Collaborating with the team to prioritize and complete maintenance requests efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience or a related field.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
