Domain Experience: Customer Support, Live Chat Support

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

- Assist with product/service questions, order tracking, account issues, and basic troubleshooting

- Provide accurate, clear, and concise information to customers

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments

- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems

- Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and chat handling volume

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies

Other Skills: Written communication, Grammar, Spelling, Chat platforms, CRMs, Typing speed, Customer support, Issue resolution, Order tracking

Key Notes: The role requires excellent written communication skills, experience or comfort with chat platforms and CRMs, and the ability to multitask in a remote environment. Typing speed and prior customer support experience are advantageous but not mandatory. Flexible shift availability with day and night options is important.
