Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Miami/Coral Gables. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in this role. You will also assist attorneys in all phases of litigation with a strong emphasis on federal and some state court litigation, maintain all case files, and support trial preparations. To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Federal and State Court Litigation experience.
• Drafting Basic Motions and responding to Discovery and Subpoenas.
• Setting Court Hearings, Calendaring Court All Court Deadlines
• Experience in preparing and filing pleadings and motions
• Working Knowledge of state and federal civil procedure and local court rules
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Paralegal certification or equivalent education and experience
• Federal Court Litigation Experience.
• Maritime Experience is a Plus
• Prior experience in personal injury litigation is required
