Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for a role that offers both challenge and opportunity? International Law Firm is seeking a Specialist Paralegal to provide strategic support across all stages of the litigation lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with attorneys, manage complex legal documents , and support high-profile litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organize legal documents, case files, and complex litigation matters.
• Perform tasks efficiently to help meet the firm’s billable hour target of 1,725 hours (unless otherwise specified).
• Organize and maintain client files , and compile documents for filing with courts and agencies.
• Manage confidential client information using eDiscovery tools and extranets for document production and review.
• Assist with preparation for depositions and trial support at hearings, including logistics and travel arrangements.
• Conduct factual research in internal and external databases , and provide timely support in document review and eDiscovery tasks.
• Train and direct team members, and collaborate with internal and external resources to streamline processes.
• Work overtime as required and travel as necessary.
• Handle additional related projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience (required).
• Arbitration and trial experience (required); Appellate practice experience (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook , MS Word , MS Excel , and MS PowerPoint .
• Expertise with eDiscovery tools, LiveNote , and legal research platforms like LexisNexis/Westlaw .
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures , eDiscovery processes , and legal billing practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail .
