We also provide retirement income, savings strategies, and debt elimination plans. No cold calling—we work with clients who have requested information, meaning you’ll always be talking to qualified leads.
What is a 1099 Position: As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the freedom to run your business independently. This is a 100% commission-based position, meaning you’ll earn a large percentage of each sale. We provide mentorship, access to the best priced warm leads, and opportunities for bonuses and advancements, but how much you earn depends on the effort you put into growing your book of business and maintaining client relationships.

If not, this may not be the role for you. What Does It Mean to Be an Independent Agent? As an independent agent, you’ll be responsible for:
- Contacting prospects
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments (over the phone or Zoom)
- Building personalized insurance packages
- Answering questions about coverage and carriers
- Growing and maintaining your own book of business
You will have the opportunity to sell various products: - Life Insurance
- Accidental Death Insurance
- Retirement Savings and Income Strategies
- Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance
- Group Insurance
- Advanced Market Sales (including Indexed Universal Life and Fixed Index Annuities)

Licensing Requirements: - A Life/Health Insurance License is required.

Compensation: - Part-Time Agents: $30,000 - $60,000 + in the first year
- Full-Time Agents: $80,000 - $200,000 + in the first year
