Are you a LICENSED Insurance CSR (Customer Service Representative) looking for a great opportunity in insurance? You might be a perfect fit for our open insurance customer service representative role. You'll be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. Additional tasks include generating policy quotes and providing coverage advice for new and potential customers. $35,000 - $45,000

• Answer customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or other means.
• Take ownership of customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and drive resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
• Collect customer feedback and document knowledge as solution articles.
• Build relationships with customers and prospects to attract and retain them.
• Generate sales leads that can develop into new customers.
• Maintain expert knowledge about the company's products and services.

• Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
• Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills

• Must have or obtain an Insurance License for Missouri and / or Kansas.
