As a Legal Recruiter, you will support our Legal Team in executing successful searches for Partner & Associate level Attorneys, and providing exceptional service to our valued Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO, President, & Sr. Recruiter of Legal Search on job order intake calls
  • Build LinkedIn Projects for open job orders
  • Maximize outreach to prospective candidates through cold calls, cold InMails, cold emails, and referrals
  • Consistently request referrals to do business with the prospective candidates’ current employers
  • Present qualified candidates to the Account Manager and/or Clients
  • Prepare candidates and schedule interviews

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn
  • Desire to learn the Legal industry and build relationships with high caliber Partners and Associate Attorneys
  • 1-2 years of legal or technical recruiting experience preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 years of project management experience preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience within a recruitment agency preferred, but not required
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Compensation: $50k to $60k Base Salary + Uncapped commissions - $70k to $90k on target earnings 1st year, $100k to $150k 2nd year

Probationary Period:
