Join Our Team as a Legal Print Production Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $33.00/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Print Production Manager to lead print and document production services at a busy legal office in Phoenix, AZ. In this vital role, you will oversee high-volume, time-sensitive print jobs, ensure accuracy and quality, and manage the end-to-end print production process in support of legal professionals.

This position requires a high level of confidentiality, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate high-end printing, copying, and scanning equipment for legal documents
  • Prioritize and process print production requests with speed and accuracy
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism
  • Perform quality assurance checks on printed materials to ensure compliance with legal formatting standards
  • Bind, collate, and prepare legal briefs and court documents
  • Maintain print production logs and track supply inventory
  • Liaise with legal staff to confirm document specifications and deadlines
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment service or supply needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal or corporate print production environment
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
