The Legal & Contracts Team at Eight Eleven Group is essential in protecting the company against risk and liability through its agreements, policies and practices. The Contracts Team is a team of 5 aiming to protect what Eight Eleven has built. Although the Legal & Contracts Coordinator will directly report to the Manager of Contracts, they will work closely with and take direction from the Senior Legal & Contracts Coordinator. Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & triage Zendesk - Zendesk is a support portal through which employees can submit support related tickets to our team for help on a multitude of topics. It is the Coordinator's responsibility to monitor, acknowledge receipt of, answer and/or assign the tickets to the appropriate team/individual.
  • Tracking and logging contracts as they are received, reviewed, and subsequently returned to field employees and/or clients so as to ensure data accuracy
  • Follow-up with field employees and/or clients directy to track down contracts reviewed and returned by our Contracts Analysts for which we're awaiting client response
  • Assist Senior Coordinator with maintaining the accuracy of our Ironclad repository
  • Assist field with facilitating and sending of DocuSign links
  • Assist field and other HQ teams in completing client questionnaires
  • Potential to assist Contracts Analysts and In-House Counsel in redlining NDAs, Employment Agreements, and other low risk contracts
  • Track, log and respond initially to RFP review requests
  • Assist Senior Coordinator in process improvement by identifying existing inefficiencies within the team and related controls to be implemented
  • Assist Senior Coordinator with developing and refining training documents, one-pagers, and standard operating procedures
  • Assist Senior Coordinator in monitoring the legal inbox and keeping track of legal matters on In-House Counsel's plate
  • Assist In-House Counsel in drafting and send demand notices as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by Contracts Manager & In-House Counsel

Required/Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ years experience working in a high volume work environment, capable of working fast paced
  • 1+ years experience providing support to internal stakeholders
  • 1+ years experience or expsoure to the organization, management and review of agreements
  • Not experience, but strong preference that, after a couple years in the Coordinator role, this individual will have the grit, drive and goal to become a Contract Analyst responsible for reviewing, redlining and negotiating agreements on behalf of Eight Eleven Group with our various clients, partners, subcontractors, vendors and employees
