Job Summary

The Laboratory Technologist monitors, coordinates and performs timely, accurate, quality clinical laboratory results utilizing all available human and material resources within the laboratory.

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of Associate’s degree from an accredited Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician program. Experience preferred but not required.


• Two years of college in a life science with at least one year of clinical laboratory experience required.


• Clinical Laboratory Assistant with two years or more experience is required in lieu of a degree.

Certification, Licensure and/or Registration

• MLT, ASCP, or equivalent registry preferred.

Work Schedule

• Day/Evening Shift, 7:45am-5:00pm, occasional weekend; PRN (as needed)

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $21.00 - $30.25 per hour
