Key Responsibilities :

• Performing analytical testing under cGMP on raw materials and finished products in various stages of development.
• Providing sufficient level knowledge on one or more Physical Chemistry analytical techniques.
• Preparation and distribution of data and reports to various levels of senior management.
• Basic technical skills in analytical chemistry and instrumentation.
• Experience analyzing product formulations to determine efficacy, stability and sensory characteristics (cosmetic formulations preferred).
• Basic to moderate level of knowledge in one or more of the following analytical techniques: Rheology, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Particle Size Analysis, Color Analysis by Spectrophotometer, Digital Microscopy.
• Basic knowledge of GMP regulations and ICH guidelines.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive delivery of results in a timely fashion.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or Chemistry required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting (academic lab experience accepted).
• Familiarity with basic microbiological techniques and sterile handling procedures.
• Ability to adapt in a high-volume, fast-paced lab environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
