Pay Range: $25 - $28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The Development Scientist assists in antimicrobial susceptibility testing for a new project within the Development Science organization.
• The incumbent performs experiments as defined and planned by the supervisor; reviews test results for experimental error and determines if repeats are required and provides project support to the team as needed.
• Duties will include subculturing isolates for testing, performing laboratory experiments, documenting results, and maintaining a safe environment within the laboratory.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Laboratory Testing, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), microbiology, Experiments .
• Aseptic technique, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), some knowledge of microbiology, ability to multi-task, and good organizational skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field .
