Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to improve operational performance.
  
• Coordinate setup and provide support for newly established warehouse operations.
  
• Innovate and implement operational processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  
• Lead training programs to enhance team skills and operational knowledge.
  
• Monitor performance and develop strategies to control costs and drive revenue growth.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years of warehousing experience, with exposure to both B2B and B2C operations
  
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
  
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  
• Willingness to travel within the USA (over 40% travel required).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
