Job Description

Are you passionate about yachting? Do you dream of turning your passion into a fulfilling career? Thanks to our internal training program, we offer an incredible opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Sales Brokerage department within our Miami office.

About the Program: Our comprehensive training program spans 2 to 3 years, carefully designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel as a Sales Advisor in the yacht industry.

During the 1st year, within the Market Intelligence Department:

You will be in charge of updating the company databases and maintains the accuracy of all platforms by actively researching information, communicating with corresponding brokers, enquiring with shipyards and partners.

The goals of this experience are to :

  • Develop in-depth market knowledge;
  • Discover our company culture and operations;
  • Master our in-house tools;

During the 2nd year, within the Sales Department/

  • Learn to define a strategic prospection plan;
  • Understand our products inside out;
  • Acquire advanced sales techniques;

Responsibilities: Upon completion of the training program, you will be fully prepared to:

  • Successfully manage a central agency;
  • Close deals efficiently;
  • Guide buyers through their purchasing journey;
  • Promote all additional C&N services;
  • Maintain long-term client engagement;

Performance Monitoring: Your progress throughout the training will be regularly monitored by the Head of Sales & Brokerage Department, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure you are on track to becoming a successful Sales Advisor.

Profile:

Mandatory criteria:

  • A passion for sailboats or yachts
  • Education: Business or Economic degree (Bachelor to Master level)

Experience (a plus): First sales experience in boat sales, or luxury sales, or private banking, or wealth management.
