Position Summary:

As a Junior Buyer (Entry Level Supply Chain Graduate), you will support the Buyer in day-to-day purchasing operations and merchandising activities. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate product listings online, identifying the best wholesale channels, and staying on top of eCommerce trends to help optimize performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Buyer in managing assigned product lines
  • Maintain and update online product listings with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure products are featured and sold through the appropriate wholesale and distribution channels
  • Monitor sales performance and online market trends to identify potential growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to support promotional planning
  • Create and manage product reports using Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required)
  • Help prepare and track purchase orders and manage vendor communications as needed
  • Organize and maintain product data, pricing, and inventory information

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a buying, merchandising, or administrative support role (eCommerce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, and data analysis a must)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in eCommerce and staying informed about retail trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related field preferred
