About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project/Traffic Manager to help keep our marketing projects running smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll assist with managing timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating between creative, strategy, and account teams, and ensuring work moves efficiently through the agency.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, proactive, and eager to learn the ins and outs of project and traffic management in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior project managers in planning and executing marketing campaigns and deliverables
• Manage and update project schedules, timelines, and task lists in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, etc.)
• Route creative assets and content through internal review and approval processes
• Coordinate workloads and deadlines between creative, strategy, and account teams
• Help prioritize tasks and flag potential bottlenecks or resource conflicts
• Communicate project status updates and next steps to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain organized project documentation and version control
• Assist with tracking budgets, hours, and reporting when needed

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative environment (internship or agency experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with multiple teams
• Proficiency with project management or workflow tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to grow in project management
