Role JIRA Administrator or Enterprise JIRA Admin

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Quincy offices in Boston US up to 3 days/week

WFO required potentially 3d/week Quincy office

The user needs to have successfully performed the below tasks in their job experience:

1. Written and deployed ScriptRunner scripts
2. Written Automation for Jira rules
3. Held Site Admin rights or higher for an organization
4. Successfully configured and enabled at least 5 different plugins in Jira Cloud
5. Adept at using MS Teams for meetings

Nontechnical:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (US English)
• Excellent Customer Service Skills & Stakeholder awareness
• Presentation skills able to deliver JIRA related training where necessary

Desired experience:

1. Completed a JIRA migration (DC/onprem/server/Cloud) to cloud
2. Confluence Admin experience
3. Set up an authentication service on Azure AD AWS or some other Active Directory
4. Successfully added external users (outside the organizations domain) to share a join Jira Cloud instance
5. Created and configured Jira Service Management projects
