What You’ll Do
✨ Lead the development of customer-facing web apps (preferably E-Commerce ) using React.
✨ Collaborate with Product, Design, Quality, and Cloud Engineering teams to bring innovative features to life.
✨ Provide technical leadership & mentorship to other React developers.
✨ Ensure applications remain secure, scalable, and high-performing .
✨ Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in modern web development.
✨ Stay ahead of the curve by adopting the latest React and front-end technologies .
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
✔ 12+ years of hands-on experience in React development with a strong project portfolio.
✔ Proficiency in React, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript .
✔ Experience with AWS cloud services, CI/CD solutions, and monitoring tools (New Relic, etc.) .
✔ Exposure to Node.js and back-end development.
✔ Proven ability to lead teams and mentor developers .
✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies .
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
