Job Description

We're representing a mid-market Investment Bank that's looking to expand their execution team with the addition of an IB Analyst & Associate.

Analyst & Associates will provide deliverables that are relied upon by our senior bankers to help our clients and can expect to receive a high level of responsibility and deal execution experience. Associates will have the ability to work independently but will also expected to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Quarterbacking the execution of deals from start to finish
• Attending client meetings
• Supervising Analyst level banking professionals
• Playing key leadership roles in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in M&A execution
• Working on lean deal teams to maintain client relations and building M&A product expertise

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Transaction Advisory.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, or Economics from a target school preferred
• Buy and sell-side M&A experience is required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & Powerpoint
• Team player and a self-starter
• Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines
