Job Title: Investment Banking Associate (Open to Analysts)

Location: Nashville, TN (on-site)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated Investment Banking Associate to join its Nashville team, focusing 75% on sell-side M&A transactions and 25% on buy-side and corporate finance advisory. The role will cover diverse industries in the middle market including Healthcare, Technology, Industrials, Consumer, and Energy, and offers strong leadership opportunities and a clear path for upward mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sell-side M&A transactions, including financial analysis, due diligence, and buyer outreach.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop marketing materials, strategic solutions, and deal structures.
• Assist with buy-side M&A and corporate finance advisory engagements, including financial modeling and target analysis.
• Manage deal processes and ensure high-quality work products.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of investment banking experience, preferably with exposure to M&A and corporate finance.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
