Known for its deep sector expertise and long-standing relationships with founders, operators, and private equity investors, the firm has built a strong reputation for executing high-impact transactions and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, analytical professional to gain hands-on experience in healthcare M&A within a highly respected, entrepreneurial platform. • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis), and accounting.
  • Experience drafting marketing materials such as CIMs, pitch decks, and client presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to build a long-term career within healthcare investment banking
