The Position: Our client seeks a dynamic, forward-thinking person to join their San Francisco-based Investment Team. You’ll focus on our U.S. single-family rental business, contributing to investment and portfolio management, strategic acquisitions, and corporate growth initiatives. What you'll do: Engage in financial modeling, conduct in-depth research and perform analysis to drive our corporate growth, acquisition and asset/portfolio management efforts. Craft and deliver both internal and external presentations to align and build consensus among key stakeholders. Track market and economic trends, providing insights to inform investment strategies and decisions. Screen, underwrite, and execute acquisitions of strategic portfolio and build-to-rent communities. Collaborate with institutional partners, conduct thorough due diligence, address investor queries and maintain strong relationships with partners. Participate in strategic corporate expansion and portfolio growth initiatives. Assist in investment level management of the firm's single-family rental portfolio, prepare and review detailed reporting packages, ask critical questions, and develop investment materials / recommendations. Work with various departments to foster strong relationships and contribute to growth initiatives. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a highly dynamic environment.
Qualifications: 1-4 years of real estate investment banking experience with a top-tier bank OR 1-4 years of real estate investment experience with a reputable buyside organization.
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Annual Bonus for an all-in cash range of $130,000 - $190,000 with attractive benefits.
