Investment Analyst – Alternatives Strategy

Location: Westport, CT (5 days onsite)

Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 base + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Run due diligence and deal processes for potential fund investments
• Monitor and manage in-force assets across active portfolios
• Analyze large, complex datasets to surface risk insights and structure investment opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards to track fund and vendor performance
• Interface with third-party administrators and support operational oversight
• Deliver executive-level reporting and contribute to investor communications
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to the firm's private equity backers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in financial services (investment, risk, or operations-focused roles)
• Detail-oriented with strong modeling and data skills (Excel required; VBA/SQL a plus)
• Proven ability to work independently in lean, fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and problem-solving autonomously
• Based in Connecticut or within commuting distance to Westport (this is an in-office role)
