We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Training & Development Specialist to deliver and develop advanced intelligence training at Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) Regional Intelligence Training Centers (RITC). This role is ideal for experienced intelligence professionals passionate about instruction, curriculum development, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver instructor-led intelligence training in classroom and field environments
• Develop and update course materials based on tactical unit requirements
• Identify training deficiencies and support solutions for operational readiness
• Engage with operational units and intelligence training leaders
• Evaluate training effectiveness and support sustainment exercises
Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years intelligence experience or 12+ years without a degree
• Knowledge of Marine Corps Intelligence operations, collections management, and analysis
• Familiarity with formal instruction and Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
• Ability to deliver classroom and field-based instruction
• Active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible)
• U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MCIS, RITC, or operational units
• Experience supporting sustainment and mission readiness exercises
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Education, or related field
