What You'll Do:

  • Collaborative Environment : Partner with your assigned mentor to manage accounts and gain hands-on experience. Then build and cultivate your own accounts.
  • Sales Excellence : Handle sales activities and start building your own pipeline, laying the foundation for a successful career.
  • Full service care - To help you focus on sales and networking, we have a team that handles all customer service issues for your clients. This allows you to stay educated, motivated, and highly capable to be the next leader in the industry.
  • Client Referrals : Receive guidance from leaders in the industry defining how to be successful in a sales industry. Building your book by referrals.
  • Educational Seminars : Collaborate with your mentor to coordinate educational seminar requests for your employer networking accounts.

Your Two Primary Goals:

  • Develop Sales Expertise : Grow your skills and knowledge under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
  • Build Your Network : Create and nurture a pipeline of your own, positioning yourself for long-term success.

Requirements:

Life & Health Licensed in CA (our contracting team can help you to obtain your license if needed)

  • Appointed with all carriers under Stevens & Associates exclusively
  • AHIP Certification
  • ACA Certification

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Weekly telemarketing both for prospecting and networking (agents and employers)
  • Set up Medicare seminars and present
  • Account manager for VP of Medicare & ACA or Sr. VP of Medicare & ACA or another agent assigned to
  • Establish yourself, cultivate, and nurture your developed book of business.
