• Measure and cut insulation materials according to project specifications and requirements
• Install insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, in various areas such as walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Seal air leaks and gaps to ensure the maximum effectiveness of insulation
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, including spray guns, staple guns, and power drills, to install insulation materials
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of insulation projects
• Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on each project
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure that insulation installation meets industry standards and project specifications
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions related to insulation installation
• Work closely with experienced insulation installers to measure, cut, and prepare insulation materials
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and contribute to tracking project progress

Qualifications:

• US Work Authorization
• 18 years or older
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and walk across uneven surfaces
• Good stamina to work up to 10 hours per day
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn proper installation techniques
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Capacity to follow instructions and adapt to changing project requirements
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites
