### **Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid – Austin, TX)**

**Contract-to-Hire (6 months, potential for full-time)** 

#### **About Motionics LLC** 

Motionics LLC is a leading provider of wireless measurement solutions, specializing in Bluetooth-enabled sensors and software for industrial applications. We are looking for a motivated **Technical Sales Representative** to join our team and help expand our customer base. 

#### **Responsibilities:** 

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. 

- Identify customer needs and recommend Motionics’ products accordingly. 

- Conduct product demonstrations virtually and in-person (occasional travel required). 

- Manage inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential leads. 

- Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical aspects of our products. 

- Provide customer support and training on product applications. 

- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools. 

#### **Qualifications:** 

- 5+ years of sales experience (technical sales or industrial equipment experience preferred). 

- Strong communication and presentation skills. 

- Technical background or ability to learn Motionics' wireless measurement technology. 

- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. 

- Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer visits. 

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field is a plus.
