Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment | Parkersburg, WV

Looking to take your technical sales skills to the next level? We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Outside Sales team and help drive success at our Parkersburg, WV facility. If you enjoy working with industrial equipment and solving customer challenges, let’s talk!

What You’ll Do:

• Generate quotations for pumps, motors, parts, and systems based on customer needs
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring customer specs are met
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
• Assist with customer visits, project startups, and occasional travel as needed

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (preferred, not required)
• 1–2 years of experience, ideally in the industrial marketplace
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Bonus Points for:

• Inside sales experience in industrial equipment
• CAD or SolidWorks experience
• Forklift operation skills (training provided)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
