Job Title: IT Help Desk Technician
Location: South Jordan, UT 84095
We’re looking for a reliable IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! In this on-site role, you’ll provide phone and chat-based support for end users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure accurate ticket documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level IT support via phone and live chat
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Document all support interactions in the ticketing system
• Escalate issues when necessary and follow up with users
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 2–5 years of IT support or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
