Job Description

Industrial Painter 1st shift position (Direct Hire)

1st shift : 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Overtime paid after 40 hours

Pay Rate : $20- $25/hr

Summary:

We are looking to fill an Industrial Painter position for a Fabrication company in Lancaster, PA. This position requires a driver’s license and forklift experience along with industrial painting experience.

Requirements:

Painting experience is required; Industrial Painting experience is preferred
Candidate must be willing to learn and follow directions
Candidate must also be willing to following OSHA requirements
Valid drivers license and forklift experience

Job Details:

Paint to meet due dates
(HVLP) High volume low pressure painting experience
Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind of work necessary
Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
Keep yard clean and neat
Help with loading of jobs to be delivered
Learn trim brake
Assist in delivering roll off roof machine
Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
