Industrial Painter 1st shift position (Direct Hire)
1st shift : 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Overtime paid after 40 hours
Pay Rate : $20- $25/hr
Summary:
- We are looking to fill an Industrial Painter position for a Fabrication company in Lancaster, PA. This position requires a driver’s license and forklift experience along with industrial painting experience.
Requirements:
- Painting experience is required; Industrial Painting experience is preferred
- Candidate must be willing to learn and follow directions
- Candidate must also be willing to following OSHA requirements
- Valid drivers license and forklift experience
Job Details:
- Paint to meet due dates
- (HVLP) High volume low pressure painting experience
- Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind of work necessary
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
- Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
- Keep yard clean and neat
- Help with loading of jobs to be delivered
- Learn trim brake
- Assist in delivering roll off roof machine
- Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
