Compass Healthcare Consulting and Placement is currently seeking experienced Bilingual Registered Nurses for a Hybrid and then Remote RN Care Manager opportunity working for Managed Care Plan. Position is 2 days in office and 3 days from home, then fully remote after 3-4 months training in-office, in Manhattan, NY. Qualified candidates must have NYS-RN License and previous MLTC RN Care Management experience. Must reside in downstate NY or NJ, be able to commute to Manhattan, NY for training, and available if needed in-office for meetings. Bilingual Languages in demand are Spanish and Chinese.

The RN Care Manager provides clinical support and oversight of care that ensure members are receiving safe and effective care in the community.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Care Management this position will provide case management to our members including medical, social, psychological, physical and spiritual needs by developing, implementing and monitoring the care plan, in conjunction with the PCP, caregivers and other team members, to help meet the member's needs. managed care nurse, managed care rn, nursing, rn, nurse, care management

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing for experienced candidates
• NYS RN license required
• CCM preferred
• 1 year of RN experience in MLTC, managed care, required, will consider RN's with 2+ years of experience in home care, acute care or nursing home

Salary $100,000-110,000 plus $15,000 Sign On Bonus & Excellent Benefits!
