Job Description

Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Corporate Contact Center Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality training to both new and tenured Consultants. You will contribute to the ongoing excellence of our contact center by developing curriculum, facilitating engaging training sessions, and evaluating performance to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Job Title: Corporate Trainer

Location: Duluth, GA (Hybrid – Regular Onsite Presence Required)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1st Shift)

Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person, hybrid, and virtual training programs for new Travel Consultants, introducing industry concepts, tools, and client care protocols.
  • Facilitate skill development programs for existing Consultants to enhance efficiency, technical skills, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead structured onboarding programs that promote cultural alignment and smooth integration for new hires.
  • Assess training progress using simulations, evaluations, and role-playing exercises; maintain accurate performance documentation.
  • Provide actionable feedback on trainee performance and escalate concerns to leadership and HR as needed.
  • Create and update engaging training materials, including presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Maintain up-to-date resources for Travel Consultants such as internal content hubs.
  • Gather feedback and performance metrics to evaluate and refine training effectiveness.
  • Model and reinforce company values and expectations related to quality, client focus, and professionalism.
  • Comply with internal policies, maintain confidentiality, and support administrative processes related to onboarding and training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical training or college coursework, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in a corporate training role with experience in curriculum development and performance evaluation, or
  • Successful performance as a corporate Travel Consultant with a strong record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation.
  • Solid grasp of world geography and corporate travel industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and various training, presentation, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with one or more GDS systems and travel/contact center platforms strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and influence others; experience as an informal team leader a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, accountability, detail orientation, and client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to maintain composure and empathy in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance to Duluth, GA .
  • Position requires a combination of remote and on-site work.
