ABOUT HURRAY'S GIRL BEER

Hurray is making seriously unserious brands. Launched in Los Angeles in September 2024, we take an outrageous approach to beverages. Our first-born is Hurray’s Girl Beer, the beer to out- girl all beers — flipping the pre-existing cultures of the beer category through diabolical anti-branding. We launched the line in Southern California with major chain retailers and are growing our team and footprint quickly across the Western US. We have a lot of stuff going on, and we’re gearing up for this next phase of the business, so please dear god, help us tell the good people of the United States of America about our girl beers.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Do you like beer? Do you like yapping? Then this job is for you. We’re hiring Brand

Ambassadors to rep the brand at key events, tastings, and samplings. You'll get to meet a bunch of people, get people to try out our product, and tell the people of the world about our brand (if that’s your thing).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Representation & Promotion:

• Promote the brand at assigned events and tastings while bringing the brand vibe

Tasting Setup & Execution:

• Coordinate with retail staff ahead of time. Bring all required promo materials and set up the tasting area according to brand guidelines, with an emphasis on highlighting the product and brand.

Customer Engagement & Sales:

• Engage customers, offer samples, and tell the product story to help maximize sales — the goal is to move through available inventory.

Retail Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff. Be respectful, friendly, and supportive of reorders. Report any feedback or requests back to the team.

Reporting & Content Capture:

• Track sales, gather customer feedback, and grab content for social media when appropriate. After each event, submit a post-tasting recap including sales by SKU to the appropriate contact.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• You're 21+
• You love talking to all types of new people
• You’re proactive, responsible, and inquisitive
• You have access to a car and are open to driving around Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe
• You're available on evenings and weekends. Able to commit to at least 4x demos a month.
• Bonus if you’ve done tastings or event work before, but not required.
• Bonus bonus if your name isn't Connor (kidding... unless?)
