Alsum Farms & Produce Inc., a grower, packer, and shipper of potatoes & onions located in Friesland, WI is looking for a Human Resources Intern! Successful individuals in this type of position are dependable, hardworking, and work well with others. While there is not experience necessary, we do prefer a candidate pursuing a Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Agribusiness, or related degree. Training will be provided.
The goal of the Human Resources Internship is to provide the intern with valuable training and practical experience from our Human Resources Professionals in various HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR administration.
