Job Description

Our client, a private investment firm based in Stamford, CT, is seeking to add an HRIS manager to their small HR team. his role will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations of our HR systems, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to process improvements across the employee lifecycle.


The position will be hybrid

.Responsibilitie

  • sMaintain and update employee records and organizational data in the HRIS system
  • .Process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, transfers, and terminations
  • .Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • .Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support HR, Finance, Compliance, and senior leadership
  • .Support HRIS system migration projects, including data mapping, testing, validation, and documentation
  • .Assist with system upgrades and enhancements, including participation in testing and rollout
  • .Provide Tier 1 support for HRIS users; troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
  • .Maintain process documentation and user training materials
  • .Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and internal control standards
  • .Support internal audits and regulatory data requests

.Requirement

  • sBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • .1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR systems support
  • .Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • .Solid Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • .Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
  • .Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
  • .Experience supporting or participating in system implementations or migrations is a plus
