Human Resource Generalist

Manchester, MI

A global manufacturing company located in Manchester, MI, is looking for a Human Resource Generalist . This is a DIRECT HIRE position where the ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment.

What you’ll be doing as a Human Resource Generalist

• Coordinate and execute recruiting activities for all hourly employees.
• Analyze recruiting/retention data.
• Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook
• Coordinate the Orientation Model for all temporary and full time employees.
• Assist other departmental managers on administration of personnel policies and programs.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Human Resource Generalist

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources; experience in manufacturing industry an asset
• Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration

Additional information for the Human Resource Generalist

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience
• M-F, 8am-5pm flexibility as needed
• Manchester, 48158
