Job Description

Job Title: HR Service Center Analyst

Duration: 12+ month contract

Pay: $42-48/hr.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Service Center Analyst to support a client in Seattle, WA. This role focuses on leave administration, process documentation, and project support within the HR Service Center. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience with HRIS systems, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leave Administration Support: Collaborate with the Absence Management Center of Excellence and third-party vendors to coordinate US and Canadian leave and disability programs. Ensure accurate HRIS status changes, resolve pay/benefit discrepancies, and validate arrears processes.
  • Project Management: Coordinate or support small to mid-scale projects involving acquisitions, divestitures, process enhancements, or organizational changes within HR Service Center.
  • HR Analysis & Recommendations: Provide insights and solutions related to legal, policy, or operational changes impacting HR operations.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain and update standard operating procedures to support internal HR agents and employee self-service tools.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process or automation enhancements to improve HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of analyst experience in an HR Service Center environment.
  • Highly preferred: 3+ years of leave administration experience in a large organization (10,000+ employees).
  • Strong experience working with enterprise-level HR systems; PeopleSoft or UKG experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
