Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager for our Marriott Dual Property. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for sales, and is eager to contribute to the continued growth of the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate accounts, group bookings, and strategic sales initiatives while working in close collaboration with the property’s leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, targeting corporate accounts and group bookings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate decision-makers and event planners.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and events.
  • Revenue Management: Work with the revenue management team to optimize room sales, event space, and ancillary services.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by focusing on service quality, attention to detail, and meeting client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English & Spanish (required)
  • Previous Marriott experience (preferred)
  • Strong experience with Lightspeed or similar sales management software
  • Proven sales experience , particularly in managing corporate accounts and group bookings
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
