COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is a  full-time position (2,100 hours per year) with a compensation range of $17-$20 per hour . This role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Horticultural Technician, you will:

  • Begin your day at the shop, planning, gathering tools, and traveling to job sites in our modern fleet of vehicles.
  • Enjoy dependable daily shifts from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for Saturday work.
  • Enhance your skills in plant care, mulching, pruning, and garden maintenance while seizing opportunities to expand your horticultural expertise.
  • Become a vital part of a team-oriented group of experts dedicated to collaboration and employee advancement.

The Ideal Horticultural Technician:

  • Has at least one year of professional horticulture or gardening experience.
  • Thrives in an atmosphere that encourages open communication.
  • Arrives on time, excited to collaborate with the team.
  • Can work in conditions that include heat, cold, dry, and wet weather.
  • Is comfortable lifting more than 50 pounds, as well as twisting, bending, kneeling, and working on uneven ground.
  • Has experience with hand tools, power tools, and horticultural equipment.
  • Holds a driver’s license and can commute to [Location].
  • Is comfortable completing state-issued drug testing.
