Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Home Loans Underwriting Administrator
Position type: Full-time/ Contract
Duration: 3+ months
Location: Dublin, CA
As a(n) Home Loans Underwriting Administrator you will:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Responsibilities: This person will handle reporting and data entry for new loans—accepting, emailing, reviewing, renaming documents, and routing them to the appropriate departments. They’ll be working closely with the entire Home Loan team.
- Soft Skills: We’re looking for someone who’s a team player, communicates well, can multitask, is detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Experience with loan origination software (Dark Matter) is a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25 OR $28 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
