We serve seniors with memory loss, and people with disabilities in their homes by offering companionship and homemaker duties. Our services offer a solution for seniors who are able and prefer to remain at home by receiving excellent companion care with love and grace. We are a Christian-based business providing compassionate home care services for older adults and their families. Joyful Companions Home Care is growing, and we are seeking an additional Social Worker to serve as a full-time Intake Home Care Coordinator. We are looking for candidates with a genuine heart for seniors to join our team of compassionate professionals in a supportive work environment. This person must have a passion for serving families in need, and dementia experience is highly recommended. The Home Care Coordinator is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, supervising, and monitoring social services for our companion care clients. The position requires flexible hours, a cheerful, friendly disposition, and a "can-do" attitude! The ideal candidate's personality will incorporate warmth, kindness, and compassion while encompassing skills that include intelligence, energetic self-starter, and motivated character with excellent follow-through and people skills in order to meet our clients' needs promptly. We look for confident experience in problem-solving, willingness to work on a team, and an ability to adjust to changing situations. Knowledge of community-based resources for seniors is preferred.
