Job Description

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF FURNITURE ASSEMBLING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is looking for an experienced Furniture Installer to join a leading Office Furniture warehouse in North Houston!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts

Must have a flexible schedule (Occasional OT) 

Furniture Assembler Requirements:

  • Must have at least 6 months of furniture assembling experience
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Must be open to working different hours and out of town.
  • Must have your own set of hand tools, including drill and measuring tape
  • Able to pass background and drug screen
  • Prior experience as a Furniture Installer, Built-in furniture installer, Residential and Commercial Installer, and Furniture Delivery and Installation Technician.

Furniture Assembler Responsibilities:

  • Follow assembly guidelines provided by the manufacturer
  • Put together furniture pieces accurately and efficiently
  • Use various hand and power tools for assembly tasks
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
  • Provide professional and courteous service if interacting with customers
  • Occasionally disassemble furniture for transportation or repairs, perform minor fixes as needed.
